Go to the login page

Navigate to avnuacademy.ca and click the Forgot password? link below the login form.

Enter your identifier

Enter the username or email address used when creating your account. Using your email address is preferred.

Check your inbox

A reset email will be sent to you from novaconcept@avnuacademy.ca.

Tips:

• Delivery may take a few minutes — wait before submitting a new request.
• If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk mail folder.
• The reset link is single-use and valid for 24 hours.

Create a new password

The link opens a form where you must enter:

• Password
• Password confirmation

Access your dashboard

If everything is correct, you will be redirected directly to your dashboard.

Tip: Store your password somewhere safe, for example in a password manager.
