Create your Avnuacademy account
Before accessing training, you need to create an Avnuacademy account. The process is the same for all account types.
Account types
There are two types of accounts on Avnuacademy:
- Personal account: intended for an individual learner.
- License administrator account: used by one or more people responsible for managing licenses on behalf of their organization.
Important — Administrator accounts: We recommend using a shared email address (e.g.
hr@mycompany.com) rather than a personal one. If an employee leaves the organization, account recovery will be much simpler.
Registration process
Go to avnuacademy.ca
Open your browser and navigate to avnuacademy.ca.
Click "Sign up"
On the homepage, click the Sign up button.
Complete the registration form
All fields are required:
- First name
- Last name
- Username
- Password
- Password confirmation
- Display and communication language
You must also complete the reCAPTCHA challenge and accept the general terms of use and the privacy policy before submitting the form.
Enter the verification code
A verification code will be sent to the email address provided in the form. The sender is noreply@avnuacademy.ca.
Tips:
- Receiving the email may take a few minutes — do not close the code entry window.
- If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk mail folder.
Access your account
Once the code is entered and validated, your account is created and you have access to the platform.
